NCCSI says that cheerleading…?
The National Center for Catastrophic Sport Injury Research says that over half of female athletic injuries are caused by cheerleading. If that doesn’t make it a sport, then football, basketball, and baseball shouldn’t be considered sports. Who agrees with me? And if you don’t agree, don’t say “They’re little blonde sluts that prance around in short skirts and yell!” That’s not true. I, being a cheerleader at a junior high school, am involved in very dangerous stunts and flips, and some of the stuff that we do is harder than most sports. And barely any of us are sluts. Only like 2 girls on the squad are. But they aren’t blonde.
Yea I heard that once. I think cheerleading is a sport. I am also a cheerleader. I am a blonde, but not a slut. lol. I used to be in stunts but then a new coach took over and made me a spotter. I have cheered since 7th grade and now I am a Senior in high school. I cheer for guys basketball at my high school. And I also cheer for Football. I also would like to continue cheering throughout college.
